A Company with more than 30 years of experience in the cheese making industry which specializes in high quality varieties of soft, semi-cured and cured cheeses. Nowadays it produces round 14,000 kilos a year.

This company undertakes all of the production process, step by step from the care of the animals, the milking process through to the production and finally the distribution of its cheeses. All of these processes are undertaken with the strictest control.
