Description

This celebration was reborn in the 1970s and is held every February. Telde turns into a mass of street parties, colour, glitter and celebration. The Murgas (singing competition), the Carnival Queen, the Floats Parade and the Burial of the Sardine are just a few of the many popular events which are held during carnival time and attract thousand of visitors and local inhabitants.
